A Journey of Healing and Growth

Lu Law is a former teacher, a dedicated wellness explorer, and a lifelong student of life. Born in the Spanish Pyrenees, Lu spent her childhood watching planes fly overhead, dreaming of faraway places. Her curiosity and ambition eventually led her to London, where she built a family and enjoyed a 25-year career teaching children.

A Turning Point in Life

For many years, Lu focused on work and family, leaving her own health and well-being behind. By the age of forty, debilitating hormonal imbalances and intense period pains disrupted her daily life. Simple tasks became difficult, and doctors could not provide answers. This moment became a wake-up call, sparking a deep need for change and self-discovery.

A Journey Toward Wellness

Determined to regain her health, Lu explored nutrition, yoga, astrology, and mindfulness under expert guidance. She trained with Barbara Wren in nutrition and Debra Silverman in astrology, attended the Hay House writer’s workshop, and learned to integrate movement, meditation, and emotional healing into her life. Personal losses, including the deaths of her two brothers, shaped her resilience and taught her the “art of living.”

Her Mission

Lu experiences inspired her to write Wellness Wisdom. A book she once needed. It is a guide for women of all ages: to help younger women navigate life with grace, and older women to prioritize themselves after years of caring for others. Her mission is simple: empower women to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident by listening to their bodies and making small, meaningful changes every day.

Life in London

Now retired, Lu lives in London and continues to practice the holistic principles she teaches, from Yin yoga to dance meditation. She is a member of the “Nymphs of North London,” a community of nutritionists and healers who share knowledge, meals, and inspiration. Through her life and her book, Lu encourages women to create balance, embrace vitality, and live intentionally.
